These libraries provide the tools you need to
quickly and inexpensively integrate IPDR encoding/decoding and file
transfer technology into your applications. IPDR.org provides two
distinct libraries: the "conversion" library which handles
the encoding and decoding of both XML and XDR based IPDRs, and the
"file_transfer" library which provides all the tools you
need to implement the file-based transfer protocol specified in
the IPDR specifications. In addition to supporting capability files,
control files, and range files, the file_transfer library also provides
tools for transferring IPDR documents using http gets, ftp gets/puts,
and local file access.
