Before joining Progress, John served as the CTO of Ceon Corporation, guiding the architecture of Ceon's next-generation product lifecycle management, order management, and service activation products. Previously, he led the design and development of flow-through provisioning solutions for tier-1 service providers at Evolving Systems, and was instrumental in the design and development of automated fault management and manufacturing systems at Digital Equipment Corporation. John is co-chair of the TM Forum's SID Technical Program, co-lead of the NGOSS Service Assurance API team, and an active member of several other TM Forum technical programs. John is a member of the IEEE and holds a BS in Computer Science from Regis University, Colorado.

Martin Creaner, President & CTO, TM Forum
Martin has been working in the Telecommunications Industry for over 20 years and is currently President of the TM Forum. The TM Forum, the leading Global Industry Association for Telecoms Management, is based in New Jersey and defines the OSS/BSS standards for the global information, communications and entertainment industry. It has nearly 700 member companies in over 70 countries including all the major fixed and mobile Network Operators and all the leading equipment and software Vendors. Prior to joining the TM Forum Martin held a number of executive positions with Motorola, the global mobile equipment company, and British Telecom. Martin advises the boards of a number of telecoms companies, and is the Chairman of Selatra Ltd., which is a mobile content developer and publisher. Martin is widely published and is featured and quoted regularly in business and trade journals. Martin is also the author of the leading OSS/BSS book "NGOSS Distilled". |
