Americas 2007

The objective of this Catalyst is to demonstrate how TMF standards and best practices enable multiple parties in the service supply chain to quickly create, deliver and manage the lifecycle of complex, converged services such as bundled services today and a wide range of converged services with rich media content used by business and consumer market segments going forward.

Convergence is bringing about a transformation in the way Communication Service Providers (CSPs) operate as never before. Falling PSTN revenues coupled with triple / quadruple play are forcing companies to formulate a convergence-led strategy for future growth. The critical question that CSPs need to ask is whether they have the process and IT flexibility to cut-across silos of products/services. Recently we have been observing that the traditional service providers started offering convergent services.
