Keith Willetts Keith Willetts
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Keith Willetts is recognised as one of the world’s leading authorities on communications management. As co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the TM Forum, he has been the driving force behind its continuous evolution. Currently Managing Partner at Mandarin Associates Ltd. in the UK, he consults with companies on a wide variety of business development issues. He previously held executive positions at BT and TCSI. A regular presenter and writer, he co-authored the highly influential book, “The Lean Communications Provider”. His achievements have been internationally recognised, being honoured twice in the Communications Week “Top 25” awards for industry visionaries, the British Computer Society award and the BT Gold Medal.
 

Martin Creaner Martin Creaner
President and Chief Technical Officer 

Martin Creaner has been working and advising in the Communications Industry for 18 years and is presently Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of the Telemanagement Forum. Prior to joining the TeleManagement Forum, Martin held a number of executive positions with BT, the major UK based European Communications Service Provider, and with Motorola, the global Wireless Networks Equipment manufacturer, where Martin led the 2.5G and 3G OSS solutions development activities. Martin sits on the board of a number of telecoms companies, and is the Chairman of Selatra Ltd., which is a java games applications service provider for the mobile marketplace. Martin is an accomplished speaker and regularly is asked to chair or give keynote talks at leading telecommunication industry events.
 

Jim Metzger Jim Metzger
Chief Financial Officer and SVP Finance & Administration

Jim is the CFO and SVP of Finance & Administration of TM Forum. Jim joined the company in 2003 as the Director of Finance & Accounting. He currently has overall management responsibility for finance, human resources, legal, information technology, risk management, real estate and administrative services. Prior to joining the TM Forum he served in various financial positions with the Big 4 accounting firm Ernst & Young, as well as the IT consulting firm Cap Gemini. He began his career with the accounts payable auditing & recovery firm RECAP Inc. Jim graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, OH with a B.S. in Mathematics and History Education. He earned a Professional Certificate in Accounting from New York University. He also holds an MBA in finance and international business that was jointly conferred by NYU-Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and HEC School of Management in Paris.

VP Member Services

After completing a successful career as an executive within the corporate telecommunications industry, Libbey founded INOSS, Inc. which is a management consultant firm focused on enabling telecommunication’s companies to reduce operation’s expenses through the use of intelligent technology and enhanced business processes. Libbey has extensive experience in operating and managing voice and data networks that deliver high quality customer service through the successful implantation of automated business processes. Using best in class policies and tools, Libbey has enabled telecommunication’s companies to develop smart strategic and tactical improvement plans that transform their business processes and software systems and deliver radically improved levels of efficiency, customer service, and business agility. Libbey has been on the TM Forum technical staff for the past 7 years engaged in several critical collaborative program initiatives such as NGOSS Framework projects, NGOSS Application projects, and Catalyst Showcase projects. Recently she accepted the position of VP member Services where she has responsibility for guiding and directing all membership related activities.
 

Aileen Smith Aileen Smith
SVP Member Collaboration

Aileen’s current role is SVP Member Collaboration for the TM Forum. In that capacity she is responsible for all Collaboration activities including extending our reach through the value chain via our Sector Development activities. Previously Aileen has held a number of other roles within the Forum, including responsibility for Membership, Events and Training and Education. Prior to joining the TM Forum, Aileen held a number of Engineering Management positions in the Telecommunications industry, with companies such as Motorola and Alcatel.  


Jim Warner Jim Warner
Vice Chairman and Chief Strategist

Jim Warner is Vice Chairman of the TM Forum and Heads their Content, Media and Advertising practice where he is responsible for guiding the Forum’s activities as telecom, cable, media, entertainment and the Internet converge. Prior to this, Jim was the President of the Forum. He also heads The Westport Group, a marketing agency.
 

Nik Willetts Nik Willetts
Chief Information Officer and VP Communications

Nik Willetts has been working as a consultant in the IT industry for over 10 years and is presently Chief Information Officer and VP Communications for TM Forum. Nik has held a number of positions within TM Forum since 2001. Prior to joining the TM Forum, Nik held a number of consulting positions with companies including BT, WestLB and The Carphone Warehouse. Nik is also Director of Schiraz, a UK based IT and Web Consulting firm.
 

George Greenlee
George Greenlee
VP Training and Education

George has worked in the Telecoms and Software Industry for 25 years. Currently he is the VP of Training and Education and has full responsibility for all aspects of the TM Forum’s training and webinar programs. Prior to the TM Forum, George held senior executive positions in CMG’s Wireless Data Services division running their global development program as well as Billing Business unit. George has also held engineering management positions in Motorola.
 


Apostolos Kallis
Apostolos Kallis
VP Commercial Sales

Apostolos Kallis is currently the VP, Commercial Sales for the TM Forum with responsibility for driving the organisation’s growth through conferences, exhibitions, webinars and publications. He has worked in the Telecommunications business for over 9 years and was previously Deputy Head of IQPC Exchange in London with P&L responsibility for over 15 conferences a year. As a freelance consultant, he has worked with a number of companies in the telecommunication software space advising on sales strategies and expansion plans across Europe, the Middle East and the US. Apostolos holds a BA International Business from the University of Brighton and an MBA in Telecoms from AUEB.
 


Suzy Mayhew

Head of Events

Suzy joined TM Forum as Head of Events in 2007. Prior to joining the TM Forum Suzy had launched and managed conference divisions for publishers and a specialist exhibition company, plus heading a major UK professional association’s events business. From 1998- 2002 Suzy had founded and acted as Managing Director of Access Conferences. During the mid-1990’s she was Managing Director at IQPC’s UK company and prior to that - Managing Director at IBC Technical Services (now Informa), having founded their Telecoms and Technology Divisions during the 1980’s.
 

Ken Dilbeck
Ken Dilbeck
VP Collaboration Program

Ken has been involved in the Telecommunication Industry for over 20 years. Current he is the Vice President of Collaboration Programs for the TM Forum. He has been involved in a broad range of OSS systems, from billing systems to element management systems. He worked 8 years as a Software Development Director for a leading network equipment provider and 15 years for a major US service provider. He is one of the founders of the OSS through Java Initiative and continues to serve as a fellow for that organization. In the past Ken has been a company representative to T1S1, ITU, OMG, TMF and OMA. Ken has a Masters of Software Engineering from Seattle University and a BA in Mathematics.
